Individual Leadership Coaching
1:1 coaching for leaders ready to be seen and heard at the next level. Typically I offer a 6 or 12 month engagement because a longer-term commitment is required if you are to achieve behavioural change.
We work on the specific areas you want to focus on, using stakeholder feedback where appropriate, and we deep-dive into who you want to BE as a leader, with coaching in real-time around stakeholder influence, communication and decision-making.

As the challenges faced by teams become more complex, teams need to develop ways to work together more effectively, improving communication and connection. The team needs a balance of challenge and support - enabling them to bring their contributions and to construvticely challenge each others' ideas. Together we build the space for this to happen.

The CFO Women's Circle brings together female finance leaders so they can focus on prersonal and professional growth, through reflection, sharing and coaching, whilst also building stronger networks.
