Are your senior leaders working at the peak of their powers?
Are your senior leaders inspiring and empowering their teams?
Coaching is partnering with executives in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential. It is about unlocking the potential within the executive to tap into their own skills and knowledge to progress through the issues they face. As they work through their challenges the executive can transform their learning into results for the organisation.
I can help unlock the full potential of your executives and dramatically increase their effectiveness when dealing with business challenges. As a coach I challenge my clients to see new perspectives, unpack their stories so they become aware of the beliefs underlying their behaviours, hold up the mirror so that they can see how they are experienced by others, hold them accountable for the goals they set, and cheer them on to extend out of their comfort zone!
Through the coaching process I can help set your executives free from the daily challenges and distractions that may be stifling their productivity to help them become more effective and deliver results for your organisation. Leadership is a practice which requires continual learning and personal growth and coaching is a powerful tool for supporting this practice.
Benefits of executive coaching:
- Enhanced leadership effectiveness, through understanding patterns of thoughts and behaviours
- Support in breaking out of the comfort zone
- Better alignment between individual and organisational values & purpose
- Increased ability to achieve meaningful goals
- Improved personal engagement
- Greater self-awareness and emotional intelligence
- Deeper understanding of strengths and leadership style
- Improved team performance, leading to improved business results
The process
Coaching sessions run for one hour and are held either face to face or by Zoom video conference. A program can be designed over a pre-determined period (usually 6 - 12 months) to meet both the individual’s and the organisation's objectives. Throughout the process I take a strengths based approach to supporting the executive in their own journey towards both their professional and personal goals.
For the leader deeply committed to transformation to build their effectiveness The C-Suite Coaching Program offers support over a full 12 months and may incorporate the use of 360 degree feedback assessments to measure progress.
For the leader stepping into a new role external support can be the difference between sink or swim in a new environment. It is too easy to get sucked in to the day-to-day activities and lose sight of the big picture and strategy of what the leader was brought in to do. Executive coaching enables them to create a strategic pause during which they can focus on how to be most effective, which accelerates their transition into the role.

"I actually feel like it helped me become a calmer person. So I can have a bit of a temper, I can be a firey person, I've got quite a A-type personality. Working in very A-type personality business with very confident people at the table. But I've discovered it doesn't always help to be the loudest person at the table. So, I actually feel like I have approached a few things in a calmer manner and had a, I feel, better outcome for myself."
- - Leanne, CFO talking about the CFO Women's Circle
