CFO Women's Circles
Are you a female CFO who feels like she has been doing all the hard work on her own? Have you felt isolated and stressed? You may love your role and yet still be looking for a greater sense of purpose and connection?
What would it be like to find a safe space to talk about challenging topics with other women who are walking the same path? Facilitated by an experienced executive coach who also has many years' experience in the CFO role.
The CFO Women's Circle was created to bring together women working in senior finance roles so that they can focus on personal and professional growth, through reflection, sharing and coaching, at the same time as building a strong network of smart women.
The format is small groups (4-6) meeting online for a 2 hour session on a monthly basis over a 6 month period, covering topics such as purpose, imposter syndrome, gaslighting, adult development, authenticity, and wellbeing.
Every two months we bring together all the Circles for a larger online session so that the women can expand their networks.

These experiential sessions will equip aspiring and emerging leaders with a greater understanding of their personal leadership strengths and the ability to lead with emotional intelligence. It will explore the characteristics of being a resonant leader with the ability to successfully influence major stakeholders, and encourage participants to set the goals necessary to successfully transition into their next role.
